Silly and Nazi generally don't go together.... but this made me chuckle a good deal.
This was one of the several thousand protesters that showed up at the Wisconsin State Capitol in Madison WI to protest the National Socialist Movement (NSM, the Nazi Party) rally held there. He makes a good point, as they're up in arms right now over this country's immigration issues, forgetting to realize that virtually everyone here is descended from an immigrant of almost certainly humble beginnings. 'Course, ignorance and hate can't be rationalized with. They were silly too, they came on school busses...... HA! EDIT New and improved! Yes, its true, I went back to my most popular image and reworked it. No more border, new CS3 RAW cnversion in 16 bit instead of 8 and a better grayscale conversion. Much better detail in the shadows and smoother skin tones, just a better looking image all around. Hope you all like it! And lets you have a good chuckle too. (Featured by `Ghouldaddy) Comments
Photography is more than an image, it's art. The basics of good art are subject that people don't normally see, and from a perspective they don't normally have. Black and white gives the perspective change creates part of the alluring effect. It also simplifies the photo, and there's a reason simplicity is usually listed first on rules of composition lists.
Black and white is a very favorite form of mine for sure. -- AVDENTES FORTVNA IVVAT Fortune Favors the Bold - Virgil, the Aeneid, Book 10, line 284 04:58:56 pm *** StudioFovea has joined #photographers * 04:59:14 pm ** Saliency has left [connection closed] |
